Commercial image licensing

The right image. The right permissions.

Use an existing photograph in your campaign, publication or destination story. Start with an image and tell Michael where, how and for how long it will be used.

01 / Select

Find the photograph.

Browse outdoor work and choose “License this image.” The image reference travels with your inquiry. If you need a set, describe the theme or list your selections.

02 / Define

Describe the use.

Share your company, media, territory, duration, campaign timing and whether exclusivity matters. Website, social, advertising, tourism, editorial and printed uses can be discussed.

03 / Agree

Confirm the license.

Michael confirms image suitability, resolution, any required clearances, usage rights, price and delivery before an agreement. An inquiry does not grant permission to reproduce a photograph.

Commissioned or existing?

License existing work when the right photograph is already here. For a product, destination or campaign that needs new imagery, commission a field assignment with a defined brief.

Copyright remains with the photographer unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Buying a physical print does not include commercial reproduction rights. Public previews are web-resolution files; delivery specifications are agreed privately.
